Introduction: A Balanced Scorecard model is a performance evaluation methodology that provides a broad perspective on identifying the weaknesses and strengths of an organization's activities. The purpose of this study was to assess the performance of the hospital using a Balanced Scorecard Model and a Program Chain Pattern. Methods: This descriptive study was conducted at Imam Khomeini Educational Center in Sari. The data collection instrument was a "Balanced Scorecard Questionnaire” and completed by census of all managers and head nurses. The specialized panel of "Balanced Scorecard" questionnaires was categorized in the form of a Program Chain Pattern into dimensions of Input, process, outcome, control and Context. The content and face and structure validity were performed using confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability was measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite stability. To analyze the data, SPSS. 21 was used. Results: The hospital with the mean of internal processes (3. 43 ± 0. 42) scored the highest scores in the dimensions of the scorecard, and the financial dimension with the average (3. 57 ± 0. 56) and the client dimension the mean (2. 97 ± 1. 07) and learning with the mean (2. 93 ± 0. 89) had the lowest score. The highest distribution and scores in the Program Chain Pattern were in the process dimension (58. 8%) and control dimension (3. 62 ± 0. 56), respectively. There was a significant difference between the dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard Model and the Program Chain Pattern (P value < 0. 0001). Conclusions: The most important aspect of the Balanced Scorecard is a process. Considering all the effective dimensions in performance, especially the dimensions of the Output, Input and context along with the process and control dimensions for assessing the performance of the hospitals is recommended.

Introduction: Hospital performance measurement is an essential part for providing feedback on the efficacy and effectiveness of services. The purpose of this study was assessment and comparing of hospital performance using “ Accreditation Pattern” , “ Organizational Excellence Pattern “ and Program Chain (IPOCC) Patterns. Methods: This descriptive-comparative study was conducted in 2019 in the educational and medical centers of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. The statistical population included 180 top, middle, and operational managers of five educational and medical centers covered by the university. Samples were selected in a census. Data collection instruments were obtained through; demographic questionnaire, " the "Iran Hospital Accreditation Questionnaire" of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and the research instrument developed by the “ Organizational Excellence Questionnaire” and the "Program Chain Pattern Questionnaire” . Face validity, content and its structure were performed using confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient method and composite reliability. Data was analyzed using SPSS. 21. Results: In assessment the performance of the hospital with Accreditation Pattern, Organizational Excellence Pattern and Program Chain Pattern, respectively, the dimensions of para clinical services (4. 12± 0. 5), processes (69. 4± 0. 57) and control (3. 21± 0. 65) were the highest scores and the dimensions of prevention and health (2. 62± 0. 75), society results (56. 36± 0. 62) and outcome (2. 98± 0. 62) were the lowest scores. The results of oneway analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference between the dimensions of hospital performance assessment Patterns (P <0. 001). Conclusions: The highest score of the hospitals with the Patterns of accreditation, organizational excellence and Program Chain were in the dimensions of para clinical services, processes and control, respectively, and in the dimensions of results and Context, less attention was paid to the performance of the hospitals. Therefore, it is recommended to pay attention to the results of service delivery and Context standards such as teamwork and organizational culture along with process, Input and control standards to balance hospital performance assessment standards.

Introduction: Academic faculty members need to emphasize ethical principles in order to improve higher education, with the understanding of this importance, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing the ethical model of academic faculty members in Iran's higher education. Material & Methods: This research is a type of qualitative study that uses foundational data theory. The participants, including experts and faculty members of the country's public universities, who were responsible for the promotion of academic members, were selected as key informants through a targeted sampling method of 45 people. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were obtained from the two methods of reviewing the participants and recoding by experts. Data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding. Results: The results showed that the moral model of faculty members in Iran's higher education is explained in 10 main categories and 27 subcategories. Major and core categories in the form of 6 dimensions of causal conditions including (individual factors, organizational factors), core (cultural-educational, educational ethics, research ethics, scientific-executive), background conditions (higher education policies, moral activism), intervening conditions (environmental factors), strategies (micro level-university, macro level-higher education) and consequences (individual and organizational) were elevated to a higher abstract level and finally the research paradigm model was presented. Conclusion: The regulations for the promotion of academic staff members in Iran require a detailed revision of the content with an ethical and qualitative approach in order to make the indicators of the promotion regulations efficient and effective.

Purpose: The current study aims to present a talent supply Chain model in the banking industry. Method: This research has been done qualitatively and through a research strategy based on Strauss and Corbin's GT theory and systematic design and has been implemented in three stages of open, pivotal and selective coding. The data of this research were collected through semi-structured interviews with 16 managers and experts in the banking industry, the interviewees were selected by theoretical sampling. Finding: Data were categorized in the form of 199 conceptual labels, 32 subcategories and 11 main categories and it was determined that the talent supply Chain in the banking industry includes management elements, talent supply processes, support and logistics as the central phenomena, caused by banking environmental characteristics. After identifying the appropriate banking strategies, organizational culture as the underlying factor, as well as organizational and managerial factors were identified as intervening variables. At the end, two types of intra-organizational and external organization consequences for banks in case of using this Chain was introduced and based on the process model of the GT Theory, the final design Pattern and judgment statements were presented. Constraints and Consequences: Unwillingness of some participants employed in the banking industry to reveal information about specific issues such as new electronic products, political issues and macro management categories, the dispersal of experts in different banks and the lack of easy access to these experts were some of the limitations of this research. Practical implications: By using this model, banks can improve their ability to recruit qualified, knowledgeable and elite staff with the necessary skills and abilities at the required time and at a high level and can gain competitive advantage by creating agility in dealing with changes. Contribution: This research can be regarded as a pioneer work by combining talent management approaches and supply Chain as a new field.

The purpose of the present research is to have a systematic review of Agile Supply Chain literature using meta-synthesis method in order to provide an overall model in this field. Meta-synthesis technique is implemented in this study utilizing the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barroso (2006). After taking the respective steps of this method and upon analyzing various articles, 41 articles are finally inspected and 167 codes are derived. Eventually after categorizing the codes, three groups including agility consequences, agility enablers and agility drivers, which affect and are affected by agile supply Chain, have been introduced to presenting a Pattern. Finally, a general concept of competitive advantage for agility consequences, six concepts of market sensitivity, information/technology integration, flexibility, integration, strategic partnership and leadership for agility enablers and five general concepts of economic, market & competition, environment, social and technology for agility drivers have been identified.

Background and objective: One of the main challenges of the industry is the provision of financial resources. This issue has doubled these challenges in government industries, including the defense industry, due to the budget restrictions that have occurred in recent years. On the other hand, strengthening the country's defense base depends on the provision of new and innovative defense items, and the development of the defense industry depends on the provision of stable financial resources. Chain financing is a creative approach that companies use to allocate financial resources and optimize financial flows in the supply Chain. This approach aims to reduce costs, increase profitability and efficiency of the organization as much as possible. Method: In this research, first, the models and tools of defense financing in the country and its comparative study with the top defense countries of the world were conducted, and then interviews were conducted with experts, and then by implementing the Delphi method, binomial test, and one-sample t-test, financing methods were confirmed. Then the approved methods were ranked and selected using the best-worst multi-criteria decision-making technique. Findings: investment methods from partnership with the private sector and outsourcing, increasing revenues through market development and exporting weapons and military products, increasing revenues through product diversification and dual-purpose, reducing costs through redesigning research and Innovation with effective communication with knowledge bases, production of non-productive assets (sale or lease of extra assets and turning them into profitable assets) are respectively the five priorities of experts to provide financial resources from operational, investment and financing activities.

The issue of food security via meat and animal protein, is considered as one of the main concerns for developing countries’ food security. Regarding this issue, transportation, as the most important part of supply Chain, contains 10% of marginal price. Matters regarding this issue, especially for metropolitans like Tehran, could be of great importance for perishable goods’ transportation, such as poultry meat. This study aimed to investigate the structure of supply Chain of poultry meat in Tehran, case study Tehran's governmental markets. In this regard, 19 provinces supplier of live chickens, 100 slaughterhouse, two wholesale markets and 141 retail markets were considered. Linear Programming models were considered to simulate the case study during the year 2013 (1392). The results revealed that operating under the optimized transportation Pattern, from production sites to slaughterhouses, and from slaughter sites to whole sale markets, and finally from whole sale markets to retail markets, will cause the transportation costs to reduce by 0.3, 9.8, and 25.2 percent per month, respectively. Following the developed Pattern will also lead to 211.94, 62.44, and 54.37 billion Rials reduction in transportation cost in any stage, respectively. Thus, it is recommended that, Tehran’s municipality, due to implementation of stabilization- encouraging policies, enhanced the current supply Chain conditions to an optimal one.
